Overview

Conflicts discovered during plan check or in the field are expensive to resolve and compound schedule delays. We review MEP drawings against architectural sheets, identify conflicts, and produce a fully coordinated combined package in direct communication with the responsible engineers.
MEP conflicts discovered at plan check require the architect and multiple engineers to issue corrections simultaneously, compounding the delay.
